The adopted filmmaker In-Soo Radstake returns to South Korea to restore his identity—both emotionally and bureaucratically—in his attempt to obtain a Korean passport as a symbol of his lost roots. Twenty years after his first film about adoption, he uncovers a system of lies and betrayal and challenges the fairy tale of adoption.
